EMPLOYMENT

On occasion, opportunities to join our sales and reservations teams in Sydney arise. If you are an enthusiastic and adventurous person with the necessary skills and experience we would love to hear from you. We will keep your resume on file should any openings become available.

Below is a general description of the experience and skills required for these positions:

Adventure Travel Consultant, Sales and Reservations.
You will be a trekking/adventure enthusiast with experience across the continent and you will be keen to share your enthusiasm with others. You will enjoy working to sales targets in a pro-active environment and servicing the public and travel agents. You will assist in the handling of client files for passengers travelling to some of the world's most exotic destinations. You must have an eye for detail, a positive attitude and a love of adventure travel. Previous industry experience is essential.

Guides
We are always on the lookout for talented and experienced guides.

If you have at least 2 years commercial wilderness guiding experience in any of the areas we work, we are happy to receive your application. If you are a Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia or Tasmanian Guide or a professional rafting, sea kayaking or trekking guide who wants to lead exceptional expeditions with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility then please apply.

Vacancies in 2008 include

Bibbulmun Track - Trekking Guide (1position) February/March 2009. Based in Margaret River WA, can then transfer to Alice Springs for Larapinta Trek season.

Larapinta Trek - Trekking Guides (4 positions) and Support Guides (4 Positions). March - September. Based is Alice Springs, full time casual postion

Kakadu, Katherine River & Jatbula Trail - Guide (2 positions). April - October based in Darwin. Canoe guiding essential. full time casual position

Heysen Trail - Trekking Guide (1 position) and Support Guide (1 position). March - October. Based in Adelaide, full time casual positions.

Hinchinbrook Sea Kayak Guides. (2 positions) May - November. Based in Cairns or Mission Beach, full time casual postion
