held accountable to this code of conduct and we encourage travellers to learn about these matters before travelling Our belief is is that that all animals should have a a a a a a a a good life and that that is is defined by these five universally accepted principles of of animal welfare
that underpin our code of of conduct Freedom from hunger or thirst by ready access to fresh water and a a a a a a diet to maintain full health
Freedom from discomfort by providing an appropriate environment including shelter and a a a a a comfortable resting area
Freedom from pain injury or or disease by prevention or or rapid diagnosis and treatment
Freedom to express (most) normal behaviours by providing sufficient space proper facilities and company of the animal’s own kind
Freedom from fear and and distress by ensuring conditions and and treatment
which avoid mental suffering
